Founder Tony "Oggi" Deluca, a pizza aficionado with a heart of gold and a knack for tossing dough, learned the art of pizza-making from his Nonna back in Napoli. Armed with generations-old family recipes and a passion for perfection, he set out to share his love for authentic Italian flavors with the world.​
